Setting the E-Verification Checkboxes Preference

You can customize whether checkboxes appear in the Technical Validation window using the E-Verification Checkboxes preference. When the preference is ON, the checkboxes are visible and must be selected before a pharmacist or pharmacy technician user can complete Technical Validation (and Clinical Review if performed together). If one or more checkboxes are unchecked and Validate Rx/Sign Rx is selected, the following prompt appears indicating the type of information that still needs to be verified.

When the preference is OFF, the checkboxes are hidden and Validate Rx/Sign Rx can be selected directly to complete the Workflow step(s).

This preference does not apply to Aggregate Technical Validation and/or Clinical Review.

To set the E-Verification Checkboxes preference:

1. Select More (...) > Pharmacy > Workflow.

2. Dropdown the E-Verification Checkboxes field and select ON (default) or OFF.

   

3. Select Save.
